Our order policy depends on stock status:

• Ready-stock bakery boxes: packed in sets of 50 pieces, with no minimum number of sets. We recommend the most practical order quantity and sea-freight plan within your budget.
• Made-to-order products: items that require a new production run start at 1,000 pieces.

Larger quantities and special requirements are quoted case by case.

LBY Packaging operates 6 business entities, 6 factories, and 5 warehouses. Our main product groups are:

1. Corrugated packaging: fruit boxes, nut gift boxes, and color-printed corrugated cartons.
2. Bakery, food, and gift packaging: cake boxes, bakery boxes, paper bags, and other custom paper packaging.

We support OEM/ODM projects from structural design and sampling through production, quality inspection, and delivery.

Yes. We support custom sizes, structures, materials, artwork, printing, and finishes, subject to production feasibility. Customer artwork is treated as confidential and used only for the approved project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Yes. Our design team can help with:

• Free support: basic dielines, layout adjustments, template changes, and prepress checks.
• Complex original design: may require a small design fee, which can be credited toward a confirmed production order.

Scope and fees are confirmed before work begins.

• Sample lead time: Custom samples take 3-7 working days; if we have stock samples available, they can be sent out within 1-3 working days.
• Mass production lead time: 15-25 working days after sample confirmation and receipt of deposit, depending on order quantity and product complexity.

We select food-contact packaging materials according to the product and destination-market requirements. Available certificates or test reports are confirmed for each material and order.

Please tell us your market and intended food-contact use before sampling so we can confirm the appropriate material and documentation.

We strictly control quality during every stage of production. If there is a confirmed quality issue caused by us (such as printing errors, material defects, etc.), we will offer solutions such as re-production, partial refund, or compensation based on the situation. 

We do not accept returns for custom products if the issue is caused by incorrect customer-provided design information.
